Scene # 3

B. Failure to make available reports of major alterations or repairs -Moderate to Maximum civil penalty

PERSON 1 is the inspector

PERSON 2 is one of the employees

[Person 1 enters the place and employees are shocked to see them.]

PERSON 1: The repair of the aircraft is a success, I see.

PERSON 2: Oh, yes, sir. It is good as new.

PERSON 1: Surely the maintenance report would explain the modifcations made in the aircraft.

[Person 1 notices the look on Person 2]

PERSON 1: What is with the look? Is there something I should be concerned about?

PERSON 2: No, sir. We just didn't expect to see you here in such short notice.

PERSON 1: Hmm, speaking of short notices, is the reports of the repairment ready? I'd like to see what
you've done with the aircraft.

[Person 2 looks panicked. Person 1 calmly extends his hand to signal Person 2 to pass the report.]

PERSON 2: The report, sir?

[Person 2 repeats nervously and Person 1 only gives them a stern look.]

PERSON 1: Yes. I'd like to see the modifications you have done with the engines and systems.

PERSON 1: It would be proper to have a bit of insight to what you've done to fully understand the status
of the aircraft, don't you think so?

PERSON 1: And to see the changes done for its improvement.

PERSON 2: There would be a problem in that part, sir.

PERSON 1: What do you mean?

PERSON 2: We may have forgotten to do the reports for the repair.

[Person 1 is shocked to hear that the employees hadn't done any report.]

PERSON 1: Not one of you did the report? How will we be able to know the alterations then?

[Person 2 is silent.]

PERSON 1: Very well. Due to your negligent behavior regarding the reports of the maintenance,
Moderate to maximum civil penalty will be given.
