 Manage and supervise site erection and commissioning of P&M.

 Overseeing the preparation of monthly progress reports entailing progress & details for engineering,
procurement, construction and commissioning activities
 Looking troubleshooting and repair of defects/faults.
 Hand over P&M for operation.
 Ensure provision of stand-by equipment in instances of critical operations.
 Mobilize operation and maintenance team and prepare deployment schedule.
 Effectuating preventive maintenance schedules of various kind of equipment to increase the equipment
uptime / reliability & accomplishing project targets
 Enforce safety and quality norms as per standards and guidelines, and ensure relevant documentation.
 Collaborate in planning, selection and procurement of equipment for current and upcoming projects.
 Prepare management reports on P&M operation and performance including running hours, uptime,
downtime, fuel efficiency, man-days involved, cost related calculation cost control of spares
&consumable items, functional status, etc.
 Deal with OEMs, vendors and contractors for all supports at site.
