BASIC TRAINING ON THE PRINCIPLES AND APPLICATIONS OF GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION

D. Pre-requisite/ Requirements:
a. All participants are expected to be computer literate.
b. Each participant shall bring their own laptop/ desktop computers with mouse.
E. Materials Needed:
a. Laptop computer (at least Windows 8/Windows 10 Operating Systems)
b. Software and datasets needed for the training will be provided in advance (at least one week before
the training) for installation and/or copying to the participants’ laptop.

Remarks:
1. Payment of professional fees of Resource Persons and Training Assistants shall be made directly to them, either by
cash or by check.
2. The names of the Resource Persons and Training Assistants and their corresponding Professional Fees can be
found in Annexes 1 and 2.
3. For Training Materials – Reproduction costs and MapX Overhead Costs, payment shall be made by cash or heck to
Caraga State University. Please inform us if payment is to be initiated.
4. Training venues, transportation and accommodation of Resource Persons and Training Assistants from Caraga
State University to training venues, including snacks and lunches, and any incidental expenses incurred during the
conduct of training shall be the responsibility of Claver Municipal Assessors Office.
5. Each participant will be provided with a training certificate.
