gauge has been
calibrated and in good
working condition.

missing installation eg.

 Ensure all valves must be
temporarily tagged with
open close labels; check
for directional flow for
valve.
 Ensure all the end points
are capped / flanged
properly.
 Ensure the system of
pressurization is as per
the approved drawing.
3. Letic i. Testing and  Commissioning and
commissioning power turn work shall

circuit breakers and
communicate with LEW
personnel before
switching.
 Standby all necessary
tools and instruments
needed for the testing.
 Make sure that your
testing instruments are
working properly and
calibrated.
