That on or about March 2022, you called my client to your Offices located at Baba Dogo in Nairobi
for the purposes of collecting dues owed to the Estate of Thomas Mahero ( deceased ) who was an
employee of Roy Transmotors Company until his sudden in September 2020.

That your representatives informed my client that the insurance had not yet paid and as such it was

That after doing due diligence on her part, my client has come to the realization that the insurance
