    Subject: Informing The dc minute date
    As per of Quality Assurance observation and comment by this semester, the department shown
    as there is no Department committees and minutes concerning the case, therefore this is to come
    up to the direction given for the department to have a regular DC meeting. So to do that the
    department is approved to have a meeting per month two times. Therefore we will start this by
    the coming Wednesday which means January 25/2023.
