Mild steel flat wire (Galvanized) in coil with round edges as per JIS 3532, SWM-G1. The flat wire must be free
from rust & scratches.

Tolerance in dimensions :  5%

Elongation on 250mm gauge length : 0.8% (Min)

Tensile Strength : 64-90 kg/mm2

Weight of Zinc coating : 110 gm/M2 (Min)

Inner dia of Coil : 550-600 mm

Outer dia of Coil : 1000 mm (Max)

Height of Coil : 105 mm (Max)

Coil weight : 50-70 kg wrapped with suitable means for rust and moisture
protection.

SAMPLE: Minimum 5m length to be submitted by the new Bidders/suppliers along with the offer or at least
7(seven) working days from the date of Tender opening. If the material has not been earlier used
or tested for acceptance by ECL.
PACKING:
Material should be supplied in standard export quality packing strong enough to withstand rough handling during
transportation.

The bidder’s shall have to submit the following documents at the time of submission of quotation:
1. Full technical Specifications and details.
2. Technical literature.
3. Mill Test Certificate.
4. Manufacturer’s Certificate confirming the tender specification.
5. Information about supply records for last three years.
6. Principal/Manufacturer Bank Details for Opening L/C
7. Principal/Manufacturer e-mail address.
