Wonder Jiang’s WEEK 5 Assignment-2nd year

Part 1

1. Being an Adult Score(1-5): 4


I think I did a good job on this part. Because of the epidemic, my parents were unable
to come back from another city for a long time, so I assumed the role of an adult. I
cook for my brother and take care of his daily life. Not only that, this winter vacation
I also had an exchange of ideas with my mother and father. I told them about my plans
for the future.

2. What Are You Thinking? Score(1-5): 3


That's the average part I think I do. But I'm getting a little bit better. Because since
doing this exercise, I have consciously written down some of my thoughts and
habits. Although sometimes I'm lazy. I don't do it every day. But it's better than not
writing it down.

3. Re-vision Your Vision Board Score(1-5): 4


I added some new dreams. I started a new project. So far, I've seen some results when
it comes to weight loss. I am also very touched, we write down what we can not
achieve now and work on it. It will be successful in the future.

4. Inquring Conversation Score(1-5): 4


Through this exercise, I have a deep feeling. I always think the problem of gender
inequality in China is not as serious as it used to be. It wasn't until I talked to others
about these problems that I realized I just didn't know. It also tells me how meaningful
my studies at WAFW have been.

Part 2

I will continue to lead the project team to carry out more meaningful activities.
I will insist on taking on something bigger than myself.
I will continue to try to do what I have never done and surpass myself.
I will continue to explore leadership until I find my own leadership style.
I will keep reading. I spend two hours a week with my family.
