DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

February 27, 2023 was our 13th day of our internship at PNP Bacnotan.
Our call time was 0700H. Around 0730H we went to Bacnotan Town Plaza
to attend the flag-raising ceremony. Me and my buddy Aquino were
assigned to raise the flag. The flag-raising ceremony started with an
opening prayer, followed by the singing of the national anthem. The
recitation of Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas After that, we recite the
mission, vision, and core values, followed by the singing of the Bacnotan
hymn. After the flag-raising ceremony, we went to the Police Assistance
Center (PAC) to report our duty. Around 0830H, we do the foot patrol
together with my buddy Casilla. After the foot patrol, we go into the
pedestrian lane to assist the traffic and people. At exactly 1200 H, we take
our lunch.

In the afternoon session around 1240 H. We accompanied our two


personnel, Sir Diaz and Sir Narez, to have Mobile Patrol and "Bantay Dagat"
at Baroro, Bacnotan. Around 1340 H, we assemble and disassemble the
M16 rifle. Before we did this activity, Sir Arciaga told us how to properly
detach and return the M16 rifle. After this activity, we accompanied our
three personnel, Sir Arciaga, Sir Waggay, and Sir Pilingen, to the Regional
Trial Court (RTC) to file a case, and we went to Camp Diego Silang to sign
some documents. Around 1610H, we go back to the police station. At
exactly 1700 H, we asked permission to go home because our duty was
finished. On this day, I learned how to properly hold an M16 rifle, how to
assemble and disassemble it, and how to properly file a case. All the things
I have learned during this day will be applied someday.

DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

February 28, 2023, was our 14th day of our internship at PNP Bacnotan.
Our call time was 0700H. After the attendance, we went to the police
station to do our Area of Responsibility (AOR). Around 0730H we go to the
Police Assistance Center, or PAC, to report our duty. Around 0830H, we
went in the pedestrian lane to assist the people, together with my buddy
Casilla, and we had a foot patrol. We looked around in the Bacnotan
Public Market to prevent any criminal activity. Around 0940H we go back
on the highway to assist traffic because the Regional Director will pass by.
Around 1130 H, we go back into the Police Assistance Center (PAC) to
take a rest and our lunch.

In the afternoon session at exactly 1300 H, we continued what we were


doing this morning. The first thing we did was foot patrol, and we assisted
again with the traffic because the Regional Director would pass by.
Around 1530 h, we fixed the gutter in the center of the highway, and after
that, we went into the pedestrian lane to assist the people and traffic. At
exactly 1700 H, we go back to the station to ask permission to go home
because our duty has already finished.

I have learned that to be a police officer you need to be discipline at


all times. You need to have courage and strong heart to fulfill your duties.
All the lessons I learned will be applied soon.

DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

March 1, 2023 this was our 15th day of our internship of PNP Bacnotan.
Our call time was 0700H. After the attendance, we went to the police
station to do our Area of Responsibility (AOR). Around 0730H we go to the
Police Assistance Center, or PAC, to report our duty. Around 0830H, we
went in the pedestrian lane to assist the people together with my buddy
Casilla, and we had a foot patrol. We looked around in the Bacnotan
Public Market to prevent any crime activity. Around 1130 there was a car
accident, so me and my buddy Casilla assist the traffic in the area. Around
1150H, we go back into the PAC to take a rest and our lunch.

In the afternoon, we continued what we were doing in the morning.


We did a foot patrol around the Bacnotan Public Market and assisted the
people in the pedestrian lane. At exactly 1400 H, we went back into the
PAC to take a rest and fix ourselves. At exactly 1530 H, we go back on the
highway. The first thing we do is help the traffic enforcers fix the gutter at
the center of the highway. After we fix the gutter, we go in the pedestrian
lane to help our personnel, Sir Diaz and to assist the people. At exactly 1700
H, we go to the police station to report and to ask permission to go home
because our duty is
finished.

I have learned that we need to be alert on the road and we must be


careful not to drive fast
