Virtual Instructor Led Training (Vilt) : The Benefits of VILT
• Sessions are 3 to 4 hours long and depending on the course, delivered over a period
of 2 weeks.
• A facilitator presents the body of knowledge through a video conferencing tool as
well as slides and video content.
• Participants join in the video conference through discussions and question and
answer sessions
Engagement
• Participants interact through various tools where they take part, quizzes, and
questions sparked discussions.
• Interactive Whiteboards allow participants to work in groups and apply the
content by brain storming, solving case studies and exercises
Group work
• Participants complete assignments after tutorials to help them retain and integrate
the knowledge learnt and prepare for the final exam
Application
• During the course participants will have access to down loadable tools and templates
and further reading to further guide them in applying the theory and creating
solutions back in the workplace
E-LEARNING
Self-paced training for individuals- you can complete courses at your own pace from home /
work.
Our e-learning courses span across our curricula and are designed to empower and develop
our learners to meet today’s demands. Instead of long full-course blocks, each course will be
broken down into bite-sized learning modules.
