CONCETTI EARTHING DESCRIPTION

Earthing connection: connection on the motor envisions three supply wires and an earthing wire, which will be
connected to the bar on the main board (100 mm2 bar).
The metal structural work will have a single bonding point (bar on the main board) through the interconnection of
earthing plaits for all the fixed machinery.
Instead, for moving machinery the earthing connection will be handled exclusively with the earthing conductor
present on the motor supply.
The bar on the main board will be connected to the ends of the relevant item (for fixed machines) with two 50 mm 2
plaits or cables (yellow/green).
In particular, the following will be implemented – valid only for fixed machinery not for moving or removable
machines:
- all the metal structural work will be interconnected by means of earthing bridges made using special
copper braiding or pieces of yellow/green cable to reach the central bar on the main board;
- the central bar will be at least 100 mm 2 in size.
- the ends of the item controlled by the electrical board will be connected to the central bar with
yellow/green wires with a minimum section of 50 mm2.
- an example of earthing connection is shown below (the sketch does not show the internal earthing connection made
with the yellow/green conductor present in the supply cable).
