IMPORTANT AUCTION INFORMATION:

In order to register to bid, please ensure that you bring the following to the auction. You may also
register online at www.highstreetauctions.com: -

 Registration deposit of R50 000 payable either by EFT, Bank Guaranteed Cheque or Credit Card
 ID Book
 Proof of Residence
 Letter of authority to sign on behalf of a juristic entity

The highest bidder on the auction day will pay a deposit of 16.5% (5% deposit, 10% buyer’s premium
+ Vat) by EFT into our Trust account immediately. The balance of the purchase price will be secured
by the Purchaser within 30 (thirty) business days of acceptance of the offer.

In the event that a cash deposit is made, the Depositor will be liable for the bank charges relating to
that transaction.

Only the highest bid achieved at the auction will be submitted to the Seller for acceptance and
no counter offers will be considered during the confirmation period.

DESCRIPTION OF AREA AND PROPERTY

Olievenhoutbosch is situated in Centurion close to Midrand on the R55. It is a relatively new


suburb and is characterized predominantly by affordable, low-cost housing with some higher
income areas situated to the north, as well as a Curro private school.

Situated just off the intersection of the R55 and Waterberg Drive in Tshwane, Centurion close
to Midrand. The R55 forms an access interchange with the N14 to the north. It is a link between
Pretoria West and Johannesburg.

The Erf is undeveloped land, zoned Special and is serviced to the boundary. The total land
extent is 4778m². As per the Town Planning Scheme, zoning permits the development of
community facilities, a crèche and offices and shops excluding liquor shops.

The land could lend itself to a residential development, however it will be the responsibility of
the purchaser to obtain the required zoning and planning permission.

the seller up to the reserve price.
