It pushes them to negotiate better with society and when a teenager takes on a work will learn how to take care of something at all. The second testimony that proves it is beneficial for juveniles to embark on a career is “economy”, as they try to make money on work, he/she will learn how to spend money as well. Making a balance in financial life in early years of life will be beneficial experience for adulthood as well.
