calculation of a sinusoidal waveform without involving the drop associated with Diodes in
the circuit.

a rectifier.

Explain the working of half wave rectifier in details.

Question 4:

What is the role of center tapped transformer in full wave rectifier? Why a 1:2
transformer is used in order to get pulsating DC of same voltage as input Peak in such
rectifier?

Explain the current path followed in AC Bridge rectifier. What is the difference between
the PIV of a center tapped FW rectifier and AC Bridge rectifier?

What is voltage regulation? What can we infer from a condition when the no load voltage
is equal to full load voltage? Is a 0% voltage regulation good regulation?
