Who makes up your tribe?

As a Native woman, my tribe/community has been very
important to me. There is strength in numbers. Understanding
that you have support and have a safe haven allows you to
process differently than you would otherwise. If you are in a
compromising situation, you are more likely to leave it or
navigate out of it safely if you have a strong support system to
back you up.

self-assignment

Make a list of your top five people & connect with at least one of
those people per week. When you need someone to vent, ask if
they are willing to listen and hopefully they will be able to assist!
