    This study surveyed over 500 aircraft maintenance students in Lapu-Lapu City in 2022 about their intrinsic and extrinsic motivations during the pandemic.     This study was conducted in Lapu-Lapu City with a population of 500 plus Aircraft Maintenance

    Students in 2022. Minimum of the students who answered the questions regarding their Intrinsic
    motivation were mostly only a few cases while the Extrinsic motivations answered had the most
    cases regarding on their motivation amidst the pandemic. Students in this study only came from
    the school of Indiana Aerospace University currently located at Kagudoy, Basak, Lapu-Lapu
    City.
