To whom it may concern:

Is with pleasure that I recommend Mr. James 17, years old Male this Patient/client
recently been diagnosed with severe symptoms of HIV disease. This patient /Client
aware of having a symptoms of HIV disease that he needs immediate treatment as to
reduce amount of virus inside his body

As result, I am referring Mr. James to your office for evaluation and consideration of
a Anti body test. We have discussed possible treatment options should this patient
require therapy and combination of HIV drugs, antiretroviral therapy that can help
him to fight the virus and keep his immune system healthy, and keep from spreading
the virus.

I look forward to working with your agency directly for the treatment of Mr. James
diagnosed of severe HIV disease and ask that you not hesitate to contact our
