your application for PAB accreditation:

Management Documents:

 System Documentation (manuals, Procedures)

 Legal Identities
 Organizational and/or functional structure
 Records related to risk analysis
 Confidentiality records
 Latest Internal Audit
 Management Review
 Records of non-conforming work
 Records related to purchasing
 Complaints and Appeal

Technical Documents:

 Competence evaluation of approved/authorized signatories

 Training plan and records
 Monitoring of environmental conditions
 Equipment records (latest calibration certificates, plan, and maintenance)
 QA/QC records (internal quality controls)
 Latest records of proficiency testing participation
 Measurement uncertainty
 Records of a complete process
