OVERVIEW

How did this training need arise? What are the pain points?

Michigan Medicine is focused on fostering universal safety skills that highly

reliable organizations practice. One skill the organization would like employees to
master is consistently validating and verifying information. While training has
already been provided, an additional opportunity to practice the skill set is
needed.

Who is this training for? How much do they already know?

This training serves as a knowledge check for Michigan Medicine employees.

High reliability training is required of all employees and many informational
resources have been provided.

Why is this training important to your audience?

This training is important to allow Michigan Medicine employees to practice the

high reliability skill of validating and verifying information.

What do you want learners to do differently?

Successfully recognize opportunities to validate and verify information at an

100% success rate.
