CLASSROOM ROUTINES AND PROCEDURES


IN A FACE-TO-FACE/REMOTE LEARNING

ANALYZE
1. What factors/conditions prompted you to establish those classroom routines
and procedures? Students of various upbringings are expected to have diverse
beliefs they are accustomed to, and the mixture of different behaviors and
backgrounds is quite difficult to handle, which badly needs the development of
laws to have a meeting point that each individual must abide by.

2. Was there a marked improvement in classroom management after employing


your classroom routines? They became organized students, driven by discipline
and obedience, as they have to comply with the set of rules made.

3. Did the teaching-learning process improve? Justify your answer. Yes, the
students are now value-laden, and managing them became easier than before.
Their performances have as well improved so far, which created an easier
learning flow between the students and the teacher.

REFLECT
What insights have you gained while doing this learning episode? Again, I am
reminded of the importance of setting rules in managing a class. It takes a lot of courage
from planning up to the execution of rules. The process may be challenging as it seems,
however, it is the unifying element for an environment of diverse individuals occupying
it.

WORK ON MY ARTIFACTS
Take some snapshots of your routines in the classroom or in remote learning and tell
something about them. You may also write down the procedure you have formulated
and explain the reasons for these.
