CLASS RULES AND REGULATIONS

CLASS PROCEDURES

▪ Students are required to wear P.E. uniform and proper footwear. (P.E. shirt/jogging pants)
(No uniform, No attendance Policy)

▪ No student may leave the class venue or gym without permission from the teacher.

ATTENDANCE

▪ Students must be in the class venue or gym in time for their class schedule.

▪ Students are allotted a maximum of 15 minutes to change and will be marked late if he/she exceeds the time limit.

▪ Students who have 3 unauthorized/unexcused absences will be given a written warning.

MEDICAL
▪ All students must report in the class. (NO EXEMPTION: CHED Memo 39, s. 2021 Section 6.7)

▪ Medical Excuses must be documented by a physician’s note.

▪ Any injury or emergency must be reported to the instructor during the class period so that proper action can be
taken.
▪ Students who are medically excused will need to complete a written assignment during the term period in order to
receive credit.  The assignment will be given to students by their assigned instructor.  

RULES Inside AR THE GYMNASIUM

▪ Any equipment in the gym should not to be touched by students until permission is given by the instructor.

▪ Students are not permitted to stay inside the gym if they don’t have classes.

▪ Eating is strictly prohibited inside the gym.

▪ Loud conversation/ shouting is not allowed especially while class are ongoing.

▪ Running or playing games not part of the class is also prohibited.

GRADING POLICY/CRITERIA

Course Outcomes 40% 1.0 – 3.0 - Passed

Quizzes 20% 5.0 - Failed

Major Examinations 30% INC - Incomplete (One year completion)

Attendance 10% Note: Failure to comply will result to (5.0) failing grade.

TOTAL 100%

MAKE-UPS

▪ Students are responsible to ask the instructor for special examinations (Quizzes/Midterm/Final Exam) in case they
missed it due to illness or other acceptable reasons. Special examination will depend on the availability of the
Instructor.
▪ All missed performance examination will be allowed before the end of the semester. Coordinate the schedule with
the Instructor.
▪ Please contact your instructor directly if there will be any conflict in the schedule.
