    Greetings,

    This letter serves as official notification the athlete listed below will be attending a
    sanctioned USA Volleyball (USAV) travel tournament with EXCEL Volleyball Club,
    LLC. As a nationally ranked club, it is important that that our athletes participate
    in competitive tournaments with high recognition amongst college recruiters. This
    tournament will prepare them for the quality of competition they will meet at the
    Junior National Tournament hosted in Minneapolis this summer. Please consider
    giving the athlete an excused absence for this USAV sanctioned competition in
    accordance with the Texas Education Agency 19 TAC 76.1/TEC 33.081. The
    athlete acknowledges they are responsible for completing all work prior to and
    after the tournament.
