A. Explain the meaning

1. Entrepreneur as missionary
Entrepreneurs on missions have goals that go beyond just making money. They should do
not just buy low and sell high or leave rapidly, they want to make the kind of influence they
want to and accomplish their larger purpose. There is a mission that they want to achieve.

2. Entrepreneurs as a marketing man


An Entrepreneur being a marketing man has a strategic mindset, resourcefulness, customer-
centeredness, opportunity utilization, risk management, and value generation are necessary for
an interactive marketing strategy to succeed.

3. Entrepreneurs are goal-driven


A goal-driven Entrepreneurs have great expectations for themselves and work hard to
achieve them. Organizing the activities and programs in the organization of the enterprise
ensures compliance with the objectives and activities that have been set while avoiding the
risks he has anticipated. The goal is fuel to their passion to believe and take risks on their
unique ideas.

4. Entrepreneurs start from small to big


Entrepreneurship starts from small to big when it comes in various ways. From the ideas,
people, customers, and income, all these came from the smallest idea that was built up during
the journey, all aspects grow and develop.

5. Organization of capital resources


Human-made resources known as capital resources are utilized by enterprises to produce
goods and services. The organization of capital resources is what is held accountable for the
production of enterprises. Capital resources can be a piece of equipment or infrastructure that
may affect the economy positively. An increase in capital resources investment typically yields
a more productive output for businesses.

Tony Tan Cakitong might have strategic thinking and a people-centered characteristic. We
all know that his business, Jollibee has been very successful. His journey in the business
industry shows his strategic thinking whereas he uses family-friendly themes and food that he
knows will surely be loved by everyone.

2. What are the core competencies of Tony Cakitong's business today?


Today, Tony Cakiting’s business has a very adaptable and flexible environment, and
commercial aptitude as every factor of the business can be easily adjusted based on the state
of our country’s economy.

3. "A journey of thousand miles begins with a single step" Explain your point of view on the
saying.
This saying that was found in Tao Te Ching clearly states that the journey of a business
and enterprise is once a beginning of a path. One of the things you needed to do is to take a
step or to start because without pursuing or taking the risk on a Path you did not know where
it leads might be thousands of opportunities.

1. The entrepreneur is a result driven individuals


Entrepreneurs are individuals who have a goal to fulfill that came from their own ideas.
With the ideas and concepts they have, they also strive for a result in the actions they show.

2. The entrepreneur has a strong desire for independence


An entrepreneur might ask for help, but he or she knows the responsibility and capabilities
that can impact his or her starting business. With optimism and self-efficacy, surely
independence is within his or her desire because believes that the idea he or she has can stand
alone.

3. Entrepreneur develops a feedback mechanism for results


Feedback is really needed in the business industry. An entrepreneur strives and asks for
feedback as he or she is open to corrections, suggestions, and opinions of his or her ideas.

4. The entrepreneur has a strong drive to succeed


Success is one of the destinations that every entrepreneur wants to happen in their
enterprise. It is one of the reasons a business keeps going, an encouragement and motivation
to continue. It is also the reason for every business, to have a successful fulfillment.

5. The entrepreneur has a strong determination for decision making


There are many decisions for an entrepreneur to make. At every step along the way, being
decisive can make the road easier to walk into. As an entrepreneur decides to lead to a different
state based on his or her decisions. It can affect more than we thought it could.

1. Marketing Manager
Within the marketing department, a team of marketing experts is under the management of
a marketing manager. Their responsibilities also include hiring and training department
personnel, supervising the implementation of marketing campaigns to promote corporate
products and services, and communicating budget and daily procedure information between
senior management and department employees.

2. Sales Manager
A sales manager is an expert who guides a group of salespeople toward meeting the
company's sales objectives. They create and put into practice sales plans, manage the coaching
and growth of the sales staff, and use sales data analysis to make wise choices.
3. Store Manager
The store's daily operations are planned and overseen by the store manager. Create store
policies and marketing initiatives that will boost sales and expand the clientele by enhancing
customer service, boosting store traffic, and boosting profitability. Uphold strict store policies
and conditions and promote a positive atmosphere.

4. Production Manager
To make sure that volume, cost, waste, and quality standards are met, the production
manager oversees the operations of the production areas. Utilizes the entire production plan to
manage manpower and set daily and shift production objectives.
