Before the meeting started, the attendees were ask to sign the attendance sheet. After that,

Ms. Sharlyn Jean Q. Icotanim led the opening prayer. Then, it was followed by the reading of

meeting agenda by Mr. Jayson Paul Z. Nabiong and proceeded to his discussion. The matters were

tackled comprehensively by Sir Nabiong and allowed the parents/guardian to raise their queries. All

questions and concerns with regards to work immersion were noted down and addressed

accordingly.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:00am.

Firstly, the learners were ask to sign the attendance sheet. The orientation started with a

prayer headed by Ms. Sharlyn Jean Q. Icotanim. After that, Mr. Jayson Paul Z. Nabiong read the

agenda and proceeded to the discussion of the matters. Mr. Nabiong, discussed thoroughly all the

information pertaining to Work Immersion including the number of hours required, batches, and

requirements. Some students raised questions and the queries were addressed immediately. Mr.

Nabiong asked the students for more clarification and concerns. No further questions were raised by

the students.

The orientation was adjourned at 3:00 in the afternoon.
