APPEAL INTO DISMISSAL FROM THE FIJI POLICE FORCE

Sir at the outset allow me to categorically state that I apologise and that I am remorseful of
the action and conduct that I exhibited which may have taint and tarnish the image and
reputation of the Fiji Police Force and to your good self as the Head of the Institution.

I humbly refer to the above subject mentioned and kindly seek your good caring heart as the
Commissioner of Police to consider my appeal in relation to my termination from the Fiji
Police Force.

Sir, I kindly begs your high office to please give me a second chance to prove my potential
and also to showcase the skills and competency of working with your intention for the Fiji
Police Force. It is true practice proceeded over time is thought to as lawful practice and for
that I strongly agree.

Deep inside I know you still there and that gives me confident and I am not scared because
your good self will surely spread your light to the world and my self

Sir, I joined the Fiji Police Force to execute the command of the Institution and being a junior
police officer still trying to make a mark in this organisation. The Fiji Police Force has
invested a lot to me in terms of training and logistics and that I have still long way to
contribute to organisation in terms of its return of investment.

I have come to appreciate the Espirit de corps within the organisation working towards a
common goal. On that note I beg on humanitarian and welfare grounds to consider my
appeal as I am the sole bread winner in my family and that I have a very young family
especially my children who are still in the tender age. I look to you as a family men and who
advocate about family first to please reconsider my appeal.

Given the current circumstances on the socio-economic impacts of the COVID 19, I have
been having sleepless nights since the time I received your official notification that my
services are no longer required. I think back to the many days and nights that I has sacrificed
to ensure the safety and security of all Fijians as well as the executing your intent of Tough.
Smart and Friendly approaches to policing. I sincerely hope that you will find a place in your
bog heart to forgive me and in the interest of my young family especially the children
reconsider my appeal.

I thank you for your indulgence and anticipate a favourable response from your office.

I would kindly appreciate if I could be advised the earliest of your decision to prevent any
false hope in my thinking for another opportunity.
