Greetings!
Based on the DepEd Memorandum No. 45 series 2021 of the Division of Cebu Province
released last February 15, 2021, interested teachers are invited to submit pertinent papers for a
competitive ranking for a Teacher-in-Charge position for the secondary level. With this
information, I would like to apply the said item position and submit for the whole ranking
procedure as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 42 s. 2007.
I am JESSA S. MONICIT, Teacher 3 of Tabunan National High School with eight
years’ experience in service at the public secondary school (5 years – Teacher 1, 1 year and 5
months – Teacher 2, 2 years and 3 months – Teacher 3) and one year in the private school. I am
presently handling Senior High Science subjects and designated as SHS Coordinator since 2019.
I have acquired my complete academic requirement (CAR) and passed the Comprehensive
Examination at Cebu Normal University with the course, Master of Arts in Science Education
and transferred last 2018 to Cebu Technological University, Danao City Campus.
Attached herewith are my Personal Data Sheet, Service Record, Transcript of Records
and other pertinent documents for evaluation and assessment of my professional records relative
to the vacant position in the Division of Cebu Province particularly in the District of Borbon.
I am very much willing to come for an interview anytime at the convenience of the
