    SUBJECT: COCKROACHES AND TERMITES

    Good Day!

    We are a tenant of Unit PA-04 Tiendesitas Shopping Complex and I am writing to inform you about an
    infestation of cockroaches and termites in our Pantry Area.

    Cockroaches has been ongoing since we moved in here at our New Office and now they live in the cabinet with
    their eggs. Also they build other site??? In our water dispenser.

    Today August 18, 2022 we noticed that termites gradually build their house.

    They are causing some distress/unsanitary conditions/damage to the fixtures/health problems.

    Please could you contact me at your earliest convenience to arrange a visit, during which I can show you the
    problem and discuss its rectification?
    I look forward to receiving your reply as a matter of urgency.
