SITUATION NO.1

1. Good morning! welcome to Dell Malaysia internship.

2. Thank you for welcoming me, my name is Muhammad Farhan Fahmi. You can call as Farhan. I
am 23 years old. I am coming from Semenyih. I was studied for IT course.
3. My name is Lavanyan. You can call me as Yan. I am a staff of this company.
4. Actually, I have to thanked my fiancée because she is the reason that I join this internship. She is
my age too but she was average in height when compares with me. She’s got straight hair &
she’ thin-faced.
5. Oh! Such a thing. Actually, I’m also like you. My wife was that now I am become a staff of this.
She and I also are same age. She’s got long wavy hair & she’s got bright skin & she always like to
wear simply & party wear churidar.
6. Ok Yan, I have to go now. I have to visit the supervisor to ask about the report duty.

SITUATION NO.2

1. Hi Sam! Nice to meet you after long days ago. How are you?
2. Hi Jason! I’m fine. It’s really great to meet you again.
3. Next week is our cousin brother’s birthday & I wish to present him a digital appliance for as a
gift. I have plan to buy a silver colored, square shaped, plastic type & Digi branded 4G Lite
Pocket Wi-Fi router. How about you Sam?
4. I wish I want to buy & give a silver colored, rectangle shaped, thin sized 32GB Mp3Player.
5. A Mp3 player! But why?
6. Because, he always feels so stressful. He is not having time to be relax. Music a way of makes a
human Feeling stress free. So that’s why I want to buy & give a Mp3Player for our brother. But
why you want buy & give a Wi-Fi router to our brother?
7. Because he always uses more internet for his job. But there is not all places will have internet
connection. So that’s why I want to buy & give a Wi-Fi router for him. Ok Sam, it’s getting late so
I have to go now!

SITUATION NO.3

 STUDENT A:
Excuse me! Sorry to disturb you, can you please tell me the way to Town Hall.
 STUDENT B:
Oh sure! All you need to do is go straight until you see a traffic light at the crossroad. After the
traffic light will turn into green, you have to turn right for a few minutes & finally you will reach
to the Town Hall nearby oxford street.
 STUDENT A:
Thanks for help me the way of Town Hall. If you need any help, you can ask me.
 STUDENT B:
Actually, I’m was lost the way to go to the Car Park. Do you know where it is?
 STUDENT A:
Just now before I was cross away from the car park. It was nearby left of the lane street.
 STUDENT B:
Thank you so much to tell me the way to go to the Car Park.
