“Serving the Society through Skill Development and Livelihood Enhancement Programmes”

1. Education Awareness Programme: Though we do not provide Education to youngster


directly but we have envisioned with a programme called reaching to the institution through
which we regularly conduct formal Education awareness programme aiming at reducing
school dropout at elementary, Secondary and senior secondary levels. Ito make it reality
we closely work with local level NGOs and local school authorities where such awareness
programme is regularly organized.

2. Career Awareness Programme: We regularly conduct career awareness programmes for


school children- especially for Class 10, Class 12, and College students. We know that
while imparting formal education it is crucial that students get involved in any skill and
develop such skill to enable them for income generation.

3. Foreign Placements Awareness Programme: We, cordially and closely work with
foreign placements and Recruiting Agencies (RA) and conduct such awareness
programmes for Senior Secondary School children and College students as well.

4. Self-Employment Training Programme: We regularly conduct training on: pickle


making, baking, chow making, momo making and other food stuff making which will
eventually generate income for the individual and family as well. We also design training
programme especially for women and single parents (widow) and economically and
educationally backward adult.

5. Personality Development Training programme: We realize that a good personality is


the core value behind the success of one’s either education or on job related issues.
Therefore, we eventually develop and conduct such personality enhancement programmes
for all ages and for both genders. We are proud to mention that several youngsters are
benefitted of this programme.
