Program Objectives This intervention aims to determine if instruction needs to be altered
or redesign. Specifically it aims to:
 assess and improve the reliability of the tests.
 determine the least mastered skills of the students by Most
Essential Learning Competencies.
 know how well the item discriminates between high and low
scorers in the test
 address the lesson's effectiveness

General Evaluation Result The “Norm Reference Item Analysis for Pretest and Posttest” was
assessed using the results of pretest and posttest. The results also
indicated the least mastered skills of the students of BSHS. The
result will be used for intervention program.

Issues Encountered
during the training
Recommendations - This is highly recommended to all teachers of Baliwasan
Senior High School and other teachers in Baliwasan District.
