1. How important is a Constitution to a country?


- A Constitution has crucial role in a country it serves as a matter that
construct a unity for the nation. Also to have peaceful living and to avoid
making hasty situations against to law.

2. What are the importance of a Constitution?


- Constitution is the supreme fundamental law of the land provided
human rights and principles to its constituent. The importance of
constitution is establish laws to defend constitutional rights of each
individual and execute those who violates legislation accordingly.

3. What is a state? A government?


- A state is a geographic entity covering people and trade also an
organized political community that part of territory under one
government. A government define as the civil government of a sovereign
state, an organization has the power to make laws. It has the complete
right to exercise power over people and the region.

4. Give the difference between the Malolos Constitution and the 1935
Constitution?
- Malolos Constitution made by Illustrados in September 15,1898 at
Barasoain Church to established unity for Filipinos as well as to free the
Philippine country,the constitution is identified in January 21, 1899. The
1935 Constitution is the supreme law of Philippines provided
commandments made between in 1940 and 1947. This constitution
became the freedom of Philippines as American grant their promise the
Philippines Independence.
