• Fwrun is receiving the restock once a week. Any extra inbound costs 100 EGP

Our Services:

• Receiving: All items received will be labeled with barcode produced by our team, FWRUN will put
away stock into locations and will record that location in the system accessed by customer

• Storage: Shelve size is Width 90 CM / Height 50 CM / Depth 55 CM

 • Packing: Special packing required will be for an extra charge according to item classification

• Handling out (Pick, Pack, and Ship): FWRUN will manage orders placed by customer, pick
order from shelve, pack it as per item classification and print shipping label for dispatch

• Handling in: FWRUN will receive the return items, inspect the condition, reallocate back to
shelve and report any damage on spot

• Technology: FWRUN will provide customer with access on www.fwrun.com with secured
credential whereby customer will be able to place their order, review their stock at any time

• Shipping: Shipping condition and terms applicable as per below

• Offering Same-Day Delivery in greater Cairo & Giza

- To deliver your shipment Sam-Day FwRun Should receive your request till 2:00 PM.

- Same-Day delivery cost 60 EGP for 1st KG, each additional KG 6 EGP.

• Offering special truck /Dababa car upon request and based on the destination.

Billing and credit:

• Based on above rates FWRUN will invoice customer in monthly basis, Customer to settle
payment within 15 days from receiving invoice.

at the time of delivery.
