The student submitted what they thought was their completed biology assessment by the due date, but had been having issues saving to OneDrive. Upon later reviewing their plagiarism score, they discovered they had accidentally uploaded an older draft from OneDrive rather than the intended final version, likely due to a technical issue. They are requesting an appeal to have their actual work graded instead, as submitting the wrong document would have significantly affected their marks.

I had submitted my biology assessment by the due date.
At the time I had saved
my work to my OneDrive, and I had uploaded what I thought was the assessment task. While working on the assessment previously, I had had some saving issues with my word document in OneDrive and I had to go back to a previous version.
Now 10 days later, on the 30th of March, I wanted to look at my plagiarism
score, so I downloaded the file off the student cafe and immediately realized that I had uploaded the incorrect document. It was an older version from a few days earlier. It was not what I was looking to submit. I am thinking this is because of a OneDrive/Computer issue. I was hoping to get an appeal and have my real work marked as the error would have cost me a lot of marks. I sent Mr Drennan a copy of the document that I was hoping to submit for review.
