Scenario 1:
Mario organized a package tour for his family. He visited Golden Tiger Tours and Co.’s
website to check their different package tours. He decided to just copy the inclusions of
one of the agency’s package tours because he thought it won’t fit his budget. It was Day
1 of the do-it-yourself (DIY) package tour that he organized and things did not turn out
as he planned. How can a travel agency improve their tour experience?
Scenario 2:
Jennifer, together with the other tourists, is having an Island Hopping Tour organized by
Kappa Travels. She got bored with what’s happening so she decided to go to the city
while the rest are still on the Island Hopping Tour. On her way back to the hotel, the cab
she was on collided with a pickup truck. She suffered a fractured kneecap. Kappa
Travels told her that they are not liable for her medical needs. What could have been
the reason behind it?
Scenario 3:
Darcy is an Operations Manager, his family almost left him for being a workaholic. He
called up Red Dragon Travels to organize a package tour for his family. Red Dragon
Travels has been dubbed as the best in terms of tailor fitting their clients’ travel needs.
What do you think is the reason he chose them to take care of their travel needs?
