D) Machinery status: All machineries are operational, except SSDG no.3 - on going
repair.
• LCU no. 1 and RHIB no. 1- On-going repair.
• LCU no. 2 and RHIB no. 2- Operational

E) Significant Activities:

• Conducted swab testing to thirty-eight (38) personnel aboard MOA Arena.


• Warmed - up port and starboard MPDE.
• Replaced secondary fuel oil filter of SSDG nr 1.
• Dis-mantle and welding of cooling sea water plunge pipe at chiller nr 2 – 60% in
progress.
• Servicing/cleaning of vent/ exhaust blower motor of LCU nr 1 – 60% in progress.
• Continue de-clogging of sea water cooling pipe of port and starboard MPDE and SSDG
nr 1 and SSDG nr 2 of LCU nr 1 – 65% in progress.
• Conducted turn - over of JO billet aboard ward room.
• Conducted field day
• Observed Sunday routine in port
• Conducted daily monitoring of body temperature and blood pressure of personnel
aboard ship and observed COVID19 precautionary measures.
• Conducted disinfection of contact spaces.
• Observed Blue Alert status and ECQ ICOW Declaration of State of Public Health
Emergency.
• Maintained cleanliness and tight security measures aboard ship.

F) CMAV activities:
• OVERALL PROGRESS of CMAV - 88%

G) Activities for the next 24 hours:

• Continue ships work.


• Observe Blue Alert Status.
• Observe COVID19 precautionary measures.
• Standby for mission/instruction.

H) Weather: Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers, NE’ly winds prevailing from 1-3
knots, sea calm and visibility poor.
