commercial proposal (in Annexure- I) for the Engineering services for the 132 kV Transmission lines
associated with the Nupche Likhu Hydropower Project (57.5 MW) 132 kV Double Circuit Transmission Line.

 ANNEXURE-I:
COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.0 Scope of Services

1.1 Our scope of work shall include the Engineering services for the following transmission lines associated
with Nupche Likhu Hydropower Project (57.5 MW) 132 kV Double Circuit Transmission Line.

1.2 Detail Scope of Work:

Preparation of the following drawings, design and calculations for each route of the above-mentioned
Transmission lines:

a. Route Layout plan and Profile drawing using PLS CADD.

b. Preparation of the Tower Schedule
c. Sag & Tension calculation & Sag template sheet for Conductor & OPGW
d. Typical views of Line crossing with existing Lines and other obstacles, as applicable.
e. Tower’s Leg Profile with complete benching quantity.

1.3 Exclusions:
a. Check Survey/Detailed survey (wherever route change is required),
b. Route alignment, profiling, tower spotting, optimization of tower of whole route (to be done by the Survey
agency).
c. Conductor, OPGW Drum schedules (Appropriate assistance shall be provided during finalization with the
manufacturer)
d. Design of the protection work (Revetment & Gabion Work)
e. Submission of drawings in hard copy.
1.4 Mode of Submittals:
All the drawings, documents, calculations shall be submitted in PDF format only.

2.1 Fee for the Engineering services for the 132kV Transmission Lines is NPR 450,000/- (in Words: Four
Lakh Fifty Thousand and Five Hundred only.)

2.2 Tax:
13% VAT will be charged extra as per the rules of Gov. Nepal.

2.3 Terms of Payment:
 50% of LS fee against submission of drawings and documents on pro-rata basis.
 40% of LS fee on pro-rata basis against submission of ‘Issued for approval’ drawings and documents.
 10% of above cost against the final approval of the documents accepted in the scope of works.

3.0 Validity of offer

The offer will be valid for a period of 15 day from the date of this offer.

4.0 Payment duration:

a. Not more than 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of submission of invoice.

5.0 Site visit / Inspection visit:

Outstation site visit to has not been included in the scope
