 Any member caught in any disorderly conduct (e.

g possession of illegal
substances) will be banned immediately.
 The Court timing will be from 8 PM to 12 AM daily.
 Members should submit monthly fees no later than 10 th of each month;
otherwise, late fee will be charged up to PKR 50 per each day of delay.
 In case of any confusion in the provided rules of badminton, the decision of the
event head and the umpire/referee shall be considered final. Avoid arguments
with referees and opposing teams. Please uphold the spirit of sports and
compete in a healthy manner.
 The minimum age limit for participation 18 years.
 Membership registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
 All members are reminded to respect LYBC property and not cause harm to any
property item.
 All members should maintain a climate of mutual respect and dignity. Any
remarks or gestures, during events, that degrade one’s beliefs, ethical or moral
values shall not be tolerated. All members are responsible for their own actions
and behavior.
 All members are reminded that bringing in external guests is strictly not allowed.
 Misbehavior with the referees/umpire will not be tolerated.
 No littering
 No criminal/unethical activity.
 Drugs and intoxicants are not allowed.
 All members are responsible for their own belongings.
 Follow the ethical code of conduct mentioned above.
 Arrive at least 30 minutes before match time so that delays are avoided.
 Performance-enhancing drugs are strictly prohibited. Using unfair means to
enhance performance is against the code of conduct. Please compete fairly and
avoid cheating.
 Violation of any rules will be penalized at the discretion of the LYBC Head.
