1­ Target Sponsor :

             The Target Sponsor is The Sponsor
Who Financed Before Other Activities Or
Companies in the Same Track of Work of
Your Activity or Company .

2­ Non­Target Sponsor :

               The Non­Target Sponsor is The
Sponsor That Finance The Activities and
Companies Outside Your Working Track .
This Sponsor Participates in Events In
Exchange of A Service or Only for One or
Two Event .
And To Have A Deal with him is Not Easy .

3­ Phone Blocker :

                   We Bring The Contacts From
The Page .
Then When we Contact Them … The
Phone Blocker will be answering .
All His Job is to Determine Whether The
Companies is Serious in Their Offers or Not
and Filter The Calls .
At the End he will Give You a Mail or a
Phone to Contact Or will Direct You To One
of The Marketing Team .
The Call Is Likely to be at 12:30 PM .

4­ Mailing :

                    If The Mail was given from the
Phone Blocker , Then You have Guaranteed
95% of The Deal . If The Phone Number
Was Given from The Phone Blocker , Then
You Have To be more Cautious .

In Both Cases You Have To Show That You
Know Your Market and Know What You
want . And You will send the Proposal with a
Bit of Detail .

The Mail Have To be Summarized Because
This People Is To Busy , And You Write The
Event Name And The Activity or
Company Name in Bold .

5­ Proposal :

                 Its Our History , Our Work , It
Shows Our Efficiency , Our Photos , Our
Statistics .
And The Proposal will be Asked from You
To Know Your Market Strategy And Your
Supervisors .
In the End of The Proposal , The Contacts
of The High Board Have To Be Written .

6­ Benefit Package :

                  It is The Offers I give To The
Sponsor

(1) Unique :
             Not Interested In Our Working Track , Although
Help in the Events .

(2) Annual :
              He Participates With Us From the Beginning
of the Season To its End . He May Also Starts from The
Mid of the Season .

(3) Platinum / Queen :
               The Highest Package You Offer To a Normal
Sponsor For The Highest Sponsor .

(4) Golden / Prince :
                 A Less Package You Offer To a Normal
Sponsor With a Less Price .

(5) Silver / Duke :
                  The Lesser Package You Offer To a
Normal Sponsor With the Lesser Price .

7­ Meeting :

 (1) It is Prefered To Be a Boy and a Girl
       One Of is Formal And Serious
       And the Other Is Funny and Casual

       Both Of Them Make Rehersal about
Each Other Talk , So It will Be Easier when
They Switch Roles .

(2) Icebreak :  We Will See Which

Character He Liked It Much And The Other
will Switch To That Character .

      ­ Talk To Him about His Benefit From The Events .

       ­ Dont Make Him The One Of Charge of The Meeting.
        ­ Dont Make Him the One Who Ask … You and Your
partner Ask and Answer Each Other :)
        ­ Dont Say Your Exact Age until He Insisted on
Knowing That .
        ­ Know What This Sponsor Like , So when He
Refuses Something In the Benefit Package , You Know
How To Replace It with .

1­ Dont Say i Want Sponsor or I want to be Financed ,
Just say a Co­operation Offer .
2­ Dont say You are A fundraising Team , You are The
Marketing Team .
3­ A common Goal we Have To Achieve from the Meeting .
4­ Dont Say Everything About you in the Phone or Mail ,
Because in This Case The Meeting would Not be
Necessary .
5­ Sometimes the Phone Blocker Become Deaf .
6­ Partner : The One Who Offer Non­Material Assistance .
    Sponsor : The One Who Offer Material Assistance .
