All applicants will attach photocopy of computerized National Identity Card / Overseas National Identity Card / Passport and passport size photo. DHA Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject the application / allotment before or after the ballot without assigning any reason for all categories. NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED IN CASE OF PARTICULAR GIVEN IN REGISTRATION FORM ARE FOUND TO BE INCORRECT OR IN VIOLATION OF ELIGIBILITY. MOREVER SUCH CASES WILL BE DECLARED INELIGIBLE FOR PRESENT AS WELL AS FOR FUTURE BENEFITS OF DHAs. 6. Eligibility. Civilians of following category are eligible to apply for allotment of plot:a. b c. d. e. Category Senior Citizens (Civilians and Defence Forces personnel) aged 65 years and above as on 31 May 2006 (Only one of the spouses can apply). Disabled / Handicapped Civilians and Defence Forces personnel. Serving Civilian Gazetted Officers paid out of Defence Estimates with 20 years of service and above as on 31 May 2006 having no benefit in DHAs / AWHS. Government / Semi Government Officers, Public Representative of Federal / Provincial Legislative Bodies / Journalists employed with various registered agencies. Pakistani Citizens / Overseas Pakistanis aged below 65 years on 31 May 2006 (Minimum age 18 years). 7. Payment with Application a. Processing Fee b. Down Payment Application Form/Terms and Conditions/Modalities: a. Application forms are available free of cost after 23rd May 2006 at selected branches of United Bank Ltd. Bank Al-Falah Ltd. Askari Commercial Bank Ltd, Bank of Punjab, Allied Bank Ltd and Bank Al-Barka who have pledged to advance necessary financial assistance upto 90% of dues. b. c. d. e. f. g. h. i. j. Note: Application form shall be filled in English. Print or type in capital letters. Write in black ink. Unfilled / unclear or damaged forms will not be accepted. Form may be photo copied on size 33.5 cm x 21.5 cm on 80/90 Grams DO paper. An individual can apply for only one plot in respective category. Cash/pay order / demand draft will be deposited in favour of DHA Lahore Residential Plot Phase-VII with any branch of above mentioned banks throughout the country. Overseas Pakistanis can forward their application alongwith a demand draft in US $ 1,370/- or Rs 80,800/- in favour of Defence Housing Authority Lahore. Application may be submitted in any one of the selected bank/branch of UBL, BAL, ACBL, BOP, ABL, B-AB. Cut off date for age / service calculation will be 31 May 2006. Processing fee is non-refundable however; down payment amount of unsuccessful applicants will be reimbursed by banks with effect from 15th September 2006, through which application was processed. Last date for submission of form is 10 June 2006. Balloting will be held at 1100 hours 30 June 2006.
