Introduction

For the development of the following activity, the topics studied for this unit were considered,

we were able to study each of the requested intellectual property concepts, generating a

presentation according to each topic. After this, a company was selected for the development

of the next part of the activity, a canvas model was worked on it to provide an appropriate

value proposition, the theme was studied, and a meeting was held in which we presented the

model and presented arguments about the proposal.

Objectives

General objective

Understand the importance of Intellectual property protection as a facilitating tool in the

development of technological innovation in companies Learning.

Specific objectives

- Recognize the value of intellectual property as an intangible asset in companies.

- Understand and expose the concepts related to the protection of intellectual property.

- Work on a business model canvas about the selected project or company.

Conclusions
 The canvas tool is used to design the business strategy that allows us to build a

competitive and innovative business model in a very visual way, in this case our soda

project.

 How can we register and through what mechanisms can we use commercial rights on

innovative products.

 work as a team and thus be able to hold a meeting exposing points of view about our

design.
