The Church Commissioners for Kenya to expand its guest house

facilities at the Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK) Guest House
and contracted Triad Architects to refurbish existing staff quarters
into furnished apartments.

The project consisted of converting twenty flats into furnished

apartments and family rooms. It also included the renovation of
living, bedroom and bathrooms spaces by upgrading the fittings
and enlarging the rooms for more comfortable and flexible use.
Dilapidated exteriors were also in need of repairs.

This project commenced in October 2005 and was handed over

in August 2007.
