Overview
Full Usage Equivalent (FUE), also referred to as Full User Equivalent, is a metric used to calculate
the number of users authorized to access specified solution capabilities. It denotes a standardized
user.
Different user types can be converted to the standard FUE metric using a pre-defined ratio.
1 FUE is equal to 1 professional user using advanced capabilities of the solution. As per FUE
calculation, 1 professional user is equal to 5 users using only core functionality.
The SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management Cloud, private cloud edition (PCE), subscription is
priced based on the number of Full Usage Equivalents (FUE).
The number of FUE subscribed by the customer is documented in the order form.

Q. Is there a possibility to down-sell/reduce the number of FUE during the contract period?
à Once subscribed, the number of FUE cannot be reduced.
