1. Accept your Offer:

You/or agent must accept offer. Navigate to the Offer details page in OCAS and click the 'Accept Offer' button.
By accepting your offer and making a payment you formally confirm your intention to attend Canadore
College.
Your acceptance also indicates that you have read and accept the terms of our refund policy
NOTE: Transfers from North Bay to GTA campus and program changes are not permitted. You would need to
request an application closure to reapply ($100.00 CAD charge).
2. Make your Deposit and Tuition Payment:
You must meet your payment deadlines as per page 2 of your Letter of Acceptance (LOA) in order to secure your seat.
Please note that the deposit of $2,400.00 CAD is non-refundable.
3. Upload Proof of Payment:
You must upload your proof of payment(s) once your offer has been accepted and payment(s) have been made.
4. Upload Visa and Study Permit:
You must upload your visa/study permit prior to web registration.

Payment Chargebacks: are an indication of fraudulent activity and will result in your offer of Admissions being revoked.

Web Registration:

You will be notified via email once your web registration window opens.
Only the student can complete the web registration on Self-Service; agents or representatives may not register for the
student.
DO NOT WEB REGISTER if you may need a deferral.
Once web registered, a student is not permitted to defer. You are required to submit a Withdrawal Form.
Students are bound by the financial terms and conditions as accepted during the registration process.

Deferral:

Deferrals are not permitted for high demand programs. Students must re-apply ($100.00 CAD).
For all other programs one deferral is only permitted.
You can request a deferral through the OCAS portal; for further instructions please refer to the FAQ page.

Refund:

It is the student's responsibility to become familiar with Canadore's refund policy. Refunds are subject to an administration fee. To

To initiate a refund request after you have withdrawn from the program, please submit the Refund Request Form to
