Plan.

This is to acknowledge that your application has been processed and the full terms and conditions of your
plan now apply.

The Saver and Protector plan has two portions which are designed to take care of both your savings and
protection needs. We have noted from your application form that the life assured has a pre-existing
medical condition. Since pre-existing condition are excluded from the policy, it is important to note that
should a life assured pass away or become disabled or suffer from a dread disease due to a condition/s
that existed prior to the commencement date of this policy, a claim against any benefit will not be
successful. We are pleased to advise that should the life assured pass away or become disabled or suffer
from a dread disease due to any other condition not related to the pre-existing medical condition,
Clientele Life will be on risk in accordance with the Policy terms and conditions.
