Micro-FAST Installation Picture Checklist

o General site before install- all angles (6 pics)

o Unit #, Blower # and Panel with serial number- numbers should be clear
o Inside of finished panel with timer set, sensor set and wiring correct and
secure
o The electrical ground box wiring for re-circ pump
o Panel site on the house to show placement
o Open trench after piping before back fill showing the pipe is supported and
wire is deep enough
o To show length of 2” pipe used
o View from the house out to the tanks
o Blower to show final location is level and the template was used
o The unit sealed and bolted
o The riser is sealed, and level, no gaps
o Pics of the inlet and outlet baffles in the septic tank
o Pic of the Sanitee filter installed in the riser
o Pic on inside tank risers and collar adapter
o Screws installed to 6” observation port
o Concrete tank gallons/name painted on
o Drain field with orientation of placement
o The pipe coming out of the house and the green sticker
o Orientation of tanks to the house
o Air break drill hole
o Pump and floats (down the riser)
o Any materials used if job is billed on time and materials
o All openings are siliconed/mastic
o Pipes insulated if shallow install
o General site after trim and backfill
o Completed installation check off list
