INDICTMENT
Count One
Failure to Surrender for Service of Sentence
(Violation of 18 U.S.C. 3146(a)(2) and (b)(1)(A)(iii))
On or about March 2,2011, in the Dallas Division ofthe Northern District of Texas,
the defendant, Jermmie Marquis Davis, having been released pursuant to chapter 207 ofTitle
18, United States Code, while awaiting surrender for service of sentence after conviction in
the United States District Court of Judge Jane J. Boyle for a violation of Title 47, United
States Code, Section 223(a)(1)(A)(ii), a felony punishable by imprisonment for a term
exceeding one year, in Case No. 3:10-CR-239-B, entitled United States of America v.
Jermmie Marquis Davis, and having been directed by the court to surrender to the United
States Marshal at 2:00 p.m. in the Northern District of Texas, did knowingly and willfully
fail to surrender for service of sentence as ordered by the court.
In violation of 18 U.S.C. 3146(a)(2) and (b)(I)(A)(iii).
