Dear Tess
We've been told by your bank or building society that your Direct Debit mandate form cannot
be processed. This is because the direct debit instruction has been cancelled.
We can only collect your contributions by Direct Debit when your bank or building society have
approved the mandate.
· changing your method of payment from Direct Debit to debit card. You can always change
the payment method back to Direct Debit afterwards if you'd like to
· setting up a new Direct Debit mandate. Once we receive your new Direct Debit mandate,
it will take at least five working days to be set up and ready to use. If contributions are
due during this period you'll need to use an alternative payment method.
If there are any schedules that you have submitted using this Direct Debit mandate, you will
need to check the contribution schedule page. If the status of the members you have
submitted for payment has changed to member validated, you will need to submit the
schedule again.
