Frost Faerie

Found only in areas with freezing temperatures and snow,

frost faeries are fun-loving creatures that find bring the
beauty of winter to wherever they go.
A frost faerie stands nearly 3 feet tall and has pale blue
skin, white hair, and their eyes have white irises. It has
butterfly-like wings, though they are transparent and often
coated with frost. An individual frost faerie will often dress in
comfortable clothing of white and pale blues.
Ice Artists. Frost faeries are able to manipulate water, but
only do so to create and reshape ice and snow. Their touch
can cover an object with frost, and they will often use this
frost to create pleasing patterns and designs on rocks, trees,
and walls.
If forced to fight, frost faeries are able to reshape water, ice,
or snow into weapons.
