It gives me great pleasure to write the letter of recommendation for Engineer Faris Qaid,
whom I supervised during the implementation phase of projects in our organization Faris
showed tremendous effort and development on the academic and field side during that
stage, and he was a personality with positive energy.
I am confident that Eng. Faris will continue to show the same commitment and diligence in
his future work and postgraduate studies Undoubtedly, Eng. Faris deserves to be among
those accepted into the scholarship program because of his distinguished academic and
practical background and a social personality that seeks to achieve its future goals His
acceptance of the scholarship will certainly be an important factor throughout the
implementation stages of the projects, Faris was following up on all the technical notes
related to the projects, and delivered the projects on time.

Faris was asking for advice from the specialist in the event of any technical observation that
might hinder the performance of the project and this shows the extent of his great interest
and distinction.
Faris showed a remarkable development in his abilities over those stages, and he inspired the
rest of the team from his colleagues to excel as well I can say that Faris contributed to
creating a competitive environment in the field by helping and consulting his colleagues.
Outside the framework of work Faris participated in social activities, as he was part of the
training team of the community committees in building their capacities as well as the
volunteer activities held by the Foundation. Faris is a distinguished engineer and an
individual who supports others inside and outside the work environment. It has been my
pleasure to have him under my supervision and among the implementation teams and I am
happy to write the letter of recommendation for the grant to Eng. Faris I am sure he will
continue to show the same diligence the perseverance and optimism he showed me I
nominate Faris to receive the scholarship without hesitation.
