RESOLUTION NO. 01 S. 2016

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SCHOOL TO CUT THE TREES

SURROUNDING THE ONGOING CONSTRUCTION OF THE COVERED COURT.

WHEREAS, Republic Act no. 3571 that cutting of trees is strictly

prohibited in
the school premises.

WHEREAS, the trees are detrimental to the ongoing construction of the

CoveredCourt.

WHEREAS, it is beneficial to the populace of the Misamis Oriental

National High School to finish the construction of the Covered Court for the
incoming activities of the school.

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion made by Mrs. Imelda N. Sala, and

severally seconded by the members of the General Parents Teachers Association
(GPTA), it has been approved to pass a resolution authorizing the school to cut
the trees surrounding the construction of the Covered Court.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to furnish a copy of this

resolution to the office of the Department of Environment and Natural
Resources (DENR) for its approval.

RESOLUTION NO. 02 S. 2016

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TREASURER TO DEPOSIT AND TO

WITHDRAW THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE GENERAL PARENTS TEACHERS
ASSOCIATION (GPTA) AT THE FIRST COMMUNITY COOPERATIVE
TOGETHER WITH THE PRESIDENT OF THE GPTA AND THE PRINCIPAL
OF THE SCHOOL.

WHEREAS, the General Parents Teachers Association (GPTA) funds

should be kept in the cooperative for safety purposes.

WHEREAS, with the consonance of DepED Order No. 54 , s. 2009 that

all collections of contributions shall be deposited in a reputable banking
institution.

WHEREAS, it is beneficial to the populace of the Misamis Oriental

National High School to deposit the amount contributed from the General
Parents Teachers Association (GPTA) in the cooperative.

NOW THEREFORE, upon motion made by Mrs. Elizabeth Ladra, and

severally seconded by the members of the General Parents Teachers Association
(GPTA), it has been approved to pass a resolution authorizing the treasurer to
deposit and to withdraw the money together with the President of the General
Parents Teachers Association (GPTA) and the Principal of the school which has
been deposited in the cooperative.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to furnish a copy of this

resolution to the office of the Principal for its approval.
